[Mristudio-users] Help LDDMM results on extremely warped Krabbe brain

One thing you can try is to segment the ventricle, save it as 0/255 masking
file, and load it for the third channel of LDDMM, assuming you are using FA
and trace or b0 for the first and the second channel.

Of course, if the patient anatomy is so much altered that human can't see
the anatomy, computers can't either.
