[Mristudio-users] Help LDDMM results on extremely warped Krabbe brain

Dear mristudio users,

I am performing LDDMM on a group of Krabbe patients that have undergone DTI.  Although the LDDMM results look acceptable on some of the brains; on the extremely diseased brains the LDDMM results are off on certain regions of the brain.  Do you have any suggestions on how to improve the results on the extremely diseased brains?
