[Mristudio-users] How to convert a 3D ROI to raw data?

Please read FAQ#15 here (https://www.mristudio.org/wiki/faq).
Once you read the ROI file into MatLab, I guess you can save it in Analyze
format.
Then RoiEditor can read it.
