[Mristudio-users] How to convert a 3D ROI to raw data?

Dear Dr. Mori,

Thanks for your reply. My last email is blocked due to the attachment. I
saved the ROI as raw data with suffix ".dat", not the Analyze format. The
".dat" file is corresponding to the "Binary image" in ROI panel, right? But
the results of selected fibers seem not correct. Because the ROI is located
in the right side of the brain, and those fibers outside the brain should
not be kept. Could you tell me the format of .dat file? How could I save a
3d matrix in Matlab to form a ".dat" file?
