[Mristudio-users] How to convert a 3D ROI to raw data?

Dear MRIstudio experts,

I have a ROI, which is a 3D volume with 96x96x50 size, I can read it in
Matlab. Could you tell me how to convert it to a raw data so that I can use
it to select fibers and display it with FA map? What's the format of the
raw ROI data to display it?
