Hi Amira,

I'm not quite sure what you are trying to do. If you superimpose the ICBM
atlas on your patient data, various structures are defined in the patient.
Then do you want to use this information for tractography? In this case,
you will use the defined brain structures (for example, the white matter
beneath the motor cortex and the pons) to perform tractrograph (for
example, the corticospinal tract).

In this operation, the defined structures by the ICBM atlas are used for
seed ROIs for tractography and the actual process depends on the
tractography tool you are using. Unfortunately, we don't have experience
with DIPY or EUDX.
