[Mristudio-users] Ask for help

Hello;
My name is CHEKIR AMIRA, I'am Phd student from Algeria , I work in
clustering of white matter tract.

 I work with ICBM-152 DTI 81 template and I want to compute WM fiber map
for this Atlas,each representing particular bundle of fiber (corpus
callosum, cortoco-spinal......)
First, I used affine transformation to warp the atlas to individual data,
to globally adjust the brain position, rotation, and the size
I also used a method of DIPY (EUDX) for tractography
What should I do ?
