Hi susumu;
I want to construct an atlas bundle from ICBM for use it in segmentation
of SWM fiber bundles from tractography datasets using a priori information
embedded in a fiber bundle atlas.
Extract the fibers that traversed the ROIs,and re-assined the labeled ROIs
of the template ICBM to a new atlas bundle
Can i do that with ROIeditor?
Thanks
AMIRA
