[Mristudio-users] automate DTIstudio processing

Open the map file and make sure the "Operation" field under each roi is
correct. These are numbers like 0 for OR, 1 for AND, 2 for NOT. Should
start always with OR.The easiest way is to edit the map file produced by
DTIstudio and point to .dat files created in ROIeditor. It works 100%.
