[Mristudio-users] questions about nonlinear normalization with DiffeoMap

The images you send to the LDDMM server need to be isotropic. That means the template you use should be isotropic. For example, the JHU_MNI_SS atlas images included in DiffeoMap are isotropic. Their voxel size is 1x1x1.
