[Mristudio-users] questions about nonlinear normalization with DiffeoMap

   Hello professor,
 
     When I was doing nonlinear normalization (FA+b0 dual contrast LDDMM), two groups of data, byte-FA and byte-b0 of  thetemplate as well as intensitycorrection-updated-byte-FA and updated-byte-b0 of one subject were filled in the mutliplechannel windows. But the system warned that "the subject images should be isotropic images". Would you please tell me what dose it mean and what was wrong with my work.
