[Mristudio-users] Question Regarding Atlas in ROIeditor

You can open the atlas you want, then click the Save button on the right
pannel. Choose to save as Analyze. That should do it. To my knowledge
ROIeditor cannot save in niftii byt analyze is close enough, provided you
are aware of the left-right flipping issues.
