[Mristudio-users] Question Regarding Atlas in ROIeditor

Hi all,
  I downloaded ROIeditor which has atlases like ICBM ,JHU_MNI_GA.I need to
know the format of the files there as I cannot use it as nifti files.I am
new to this and want to use the atlases as nifti files so as to veiw in
FSl.It would be really greateful if anyone one can help me sort this
problem.It's urgent so any quick help would oblige me.
