[Mristudio-users] Using ROI editor

Hi Nida,

I'm not sure if you grasped the image analysis process well.
Please go through "getting started" in this site;
https://www.mristudio.org/wiki/user_manual/diffeomap.

Also, I noticed that your brain image is cropped; the top of the head is
not covered. This makes image registration very difficult.
