[Mristudio-users] Using ROI editor

Dear All,
 I have send my data after processing inside DTI mapping and diffeomap to multichannel processing server and they have sent me some results. I am following the above uploaded steps to use Roi editor. I am using the updatedFA from the diffeo map but i  cannot understand how the results which i obtained from multichannel processing will be used in data correction. Do i need to upload some file from the result in order to use them?

Please guide me through this process. Also tell me the where can i get the FA values for these 50 Rois?
