[Mristudio-users] What is the formula to rotate tensors?

If you want to do any transformation operation on a tensor file, you have
to use DiffeoMap and load it through the "Open *.d" button.
Then DiffeoMap knows the loaded files are tensor.
You can find "Getting Started" here (
https://www.mristudio.org/wiki/user_manual/diffeomap).

Once a tensor file is loaded in this manner, AIR and LDDMM rotations will
reorient the tensor directions when any rotation operations are performed.

DtiStudio has AIR for intra-data coregistration. Because this is the
pre-tensor-calculation phase, there is no tensor rotation involved.
