[Mristudio-users] Measuring FA in fibers running between two ROIS

Hi Venkat,

I don't think there is anything like that in DTIstudio, you may need to do
some manual work. For fiber statistics you should first create the fibers
and then hit the button Statistics, then copy the value you want to an
excel file... for each subject. The FA values for a fiber trackt could be
calculated in Matlab, once you export the FA map and the fiber map as
analyze format. Then its just a matter of loading both files in Matlab and
using the fiberw as a mask for the FA map (multiplicate them) and obtain
the mean.
