[Mristudio-users] Measuring FA in fibers running between two ROIS

Dear MRIstudio Users,

We are interested in studying structural connectivity in ALS patients. We are working on network analysis where we would like to measure for instance mean FA in fibers running between two ROIs. We have 165 such ROIs and we would like to measure the number of fibers, mean FA between each of the ROI with each other. I am wondering whether DTI studio or MRI studio or ROI editor has these options to do automatically in a given subject.
