[Mristudio-users] Measuring FA in fibers running between two ROIS

Hi Ventak,

Please see the attached paper. The key of the automated tracking is the ROI
files called Template ROI Set (TRS).
You can contact the first author to get the TRS, which should be posted
somewhere in lbam.med.jhmi.edu.
