hello Hanygi,

            I am working on the fiber tracking in DTI studio. I am facing a
color map problem.
The data was initially provided in the (brain_data_1.iso.ni) NIFTI format, I
converted it into the (.REC format). Then I loaded
it in the DTI studio and did the DTI mapping and calculated the Tensor,
color map, etc.
The color map images are coming out to be terrible...as you know that the
color map images are imporant in fiber
tracking;
Could you please provide your valuble feedback on this..I'll appreciate your
help.
