Hello Josselin,

"JHU_MNI_SS_WMPM_TypeII.dat" is the same file as "JHU_MNI_SS_WMPM_TypeII". You don't need to apply Hmap to "JHU_MNI_SS_WMPM_TypeII.dat" again.

If you want to identify the ROIs, you can use "JhuMniSSTypeIILabelLookupTable.txt" that is available at \ROIEditor\Images\JHU_MNI_SS.
