[Mristudio-users] all positive eigenvectors!

Hi Mojdeh,

Please load the eigenvector file into DtiStudio as a "vector" file and read
the pixel-by-pixel values at the bottom of the window by placing the cursor.
If you find that the vector file does contain both positive and negative
elements, then, the problem seems to be the file reading by MatLab.
