[Mristudio-users] DTI studio_beginner

Hi all,

I have a question. I want to measure brain volumes using FSL SIENAX. Before
that I need to change the MRI files into analyzed files using DTI studio. I
have 176 slices of brain MRIs, can I load all the brain slices using DTI
studio all at once? Does the number of slice matter for the FSL SIENAX?
