Dear all,
I was trying to use TBSS in non-FA image, so I followed the steps on
this page.(http://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fsl4.0/tbss/index)
I encountered several problems as follows:
1.I used the MD image and followed the steps, but I have no idea what
this steps mean(tbss_1_preproc -f 1000000 *.nii.gz).
What is the scaling means? And if I want to look up to the RD
image, do I have to change the scaling number?
2.After doing the "tbss_1_preproc...", I typed "tbss_non_FA L2" and
continued doing the same steps" tbss_2_reg", "tbss_3.." and "tbss_4_prestats"
as FA image .
And then I typed "randomise -i all_FA_skeletonised..." and failed
as the following image.
3.Is it necessary to go through the "tbss_2..." to "tbss_4" steps
when processing the non-FA image?
Best Regards,
Pojung Wu
