The current version of ROIEditor doesn't compatible with Windows 8.1. Sorry for that. I'll look into it.

Subject: [Mristudio-users] ROI Editor and Windows 8.1

Hi,
I am working with ROI Editor and Windows 8.1. After using the
threshold tool I want to cut out / delete certain regions. In Windows 7 all
worked perfectly. In Windows 8.1, I cannot use the draw tool
anymore. I can use the pen for circumnavigation but I cannot
cut out / delete the region. Do you have any idea?

Many thanks in advance!
Best regards,
Matt

Hi,
I have tried Hmap and Kmap both, the distortion is more severe when using Hmap...
In fact I used lddmm single channel registration before, the image was skull-skipped at that time, and the result is good...
This time my image was not skull-skipped, may this be the reason?..I will also try to do both skull-skipped and not
skull-skipped case to have a check..

best regard

Maybe you used Hmap instead of Kmap.

Hi, DTI experts

I tried to use lddmm to do the transformation...
When I load the transformation matrix Kimap.vtk to apply on Target image, the generated image was distorted, if Hmap loaded, the
distortion is more severe.
Attached files include the axial screenshots of Template/Target/TargetAfterUsingKimap
What may be the cause of this, the way i use lddmm is not correct?
