Hi, I received Xin's email, which has a link of video tutorial of using ROIEditor, It is not long, about 18 minutes, I think it was made by you.. As the network problem, I can see only part of it, 9 minutes of it..The video was useful for me and I know how to delineate it layer-by-layer now. Is there a way to download the video, as the video now is embeded in the web page. best regardEric Chen

yes, layer-by-layer.If you target structure has clear contrast boundary, you can use 2D or 3D region-growing.Sometimes, you can do 3D threshold or region-growing first and manually cut-out the structure you want.
The "AND" tool is also usefulYou need to be creative to combine these tools to increase the efficiency but anatomical delineation is basically a layer-by-layer operation.

Hi, DTI experts,
I need to use ROIEditor to draw ROIs, and then do some analysis on these ROIs.. I looked at the manual of ROIEditor and tried to use it, I can understand the 2D drawing of ROI, but I still don't know how to draw 3D ROIs, layer-by-layer? or combined with "Threshold" or "Seeded Region Growing".
Is there any video tutorials on using ROIEditor? then I can have some intuitive feeling to use it..
