Hi, DTI experts


       I tried to use lddmm to do the transformation...

       When I load the transformation matrix Kimap.vtk to apply on Target image, the generated image was distorted, if Hmap loaded, the

distortion is more severe.

      Attached files include the axial screenshots of Template/Target/TargetAfterUsingKimap

      What may be the cause of this, the way i use lddmm is not correct?
