[Mristudio-users] Problem on using Kimap.vtk

Hi, DTI experts
       I tried to use lddmm to do the transformation...       When I load the transformation matrix Kimap.vtk to apply on Target image, the generated image was distorted, if Hmap loaded, thedistortion is more severe.      Attached files include the axial screenshots of Template/Target/TargetAfterUsingKimap      What may be the cause of this, the way i use lddmm is not correct?
