[Mristudio-users] how to apply brain mask for Tensor calculation.

Hi 
   Do you use noise level to remove the noise?
   I had another question about DTI computing. How about the relationship between gradients and tensor tensor xx tensorxy tensorxz....?
   Can we reduce some linear equations to calculate the tensors? 
   I test it, The difference between is very bigger.
