After you got Kimap.vtk and Hmap.vtk from the lddmm server, did you transform FA and a WMPM in DiffeoMap?
In ROIEditor, you can right click a roi object in the roi object list and choose "Export pixel value", it will give you the FA values of this roi object as a text file.
