I believe you made a syntax error.
With 515 lines, it would be difficult to find one missing comma.
You can first use your current table and try to load the data. You get the
error message.
Then close the window (not DtiStudio) and reopen the initial data input
window.
There, DtiStudio remembers the table you used last time in the way it
interpreted.
There is a chance that you can find only 493 lines. By comparing this table
and the one you initially specified, you can easily find which rows were
skipped and find missing commas and colons.

As for the b-value, I believe you can set it "1" (Hangyi, please correct me
if I'm wrong).
