Dear all,

Yesterday I sent a message with figures and is still awaiting
moderator approval. Below is the same question without illutrating
images.
----------------------------------------------------------------
I have two images acquired at slightly different FOV on the same
subject. I open them with DTIstudio and the proportions are not good.
Looks like one is shrinking too much:

The settings I used to open the left image are:

Parameters from scanner
. Max. number of slices/locations : 70
. Scan resolution (x, y) : 128 126
. FOV (ap,fh,rl) [mm] : 256.000 140.000 256.000

And the settings for the right are:

Parameters from scanner
. Max. number of slices/locations : 66
. Scan resolution (x, y) : 112 112
. FOV (ap,fh,rl) [mm] : 256.000 140.000 256.000

Both images have a final resolution of 128x128, confirmed by the
"recon resolution (x y)" parameter in the PAR file.

Any idea why the proportions do not correspond in DTIstudio? They are
correct only if I set FOV 256x256 for both.

Thank you.
Dorian
