[Mristudio-users] Format of FA and Principal Vector Files for Fiber Tracking

Hi.

I would like to use the "Continuous Fiber Tracking using principal 
vector and FA map" tool, but cannot find any information as to the 
format of the input files. I am not familiar with .ani and .vec files 
and could not find any information on the structure of the .dat file.

Can you please let me know how I should write my x*y*z FA image and 
x*y*z*3 principal vector image to be read by DTI Studio?
