[Mristudio-users] FA and MD problem

Dear all,
  I am using DTI-studio to measure the FA and MD values of caudate head and putamen, but when I put the ROIs on them in fibertracking panel, I can't obtain a value,  and it's just show N/A. Can anyone show me the steps in detail on how to do this work?
