[Mristudio-users] dti roi problem

Dear all,
  It's my first time to process  dti datas, and I am puzzled by how to draw a roi on a diffusion image.
  I am wondering that how to select precisely the anatomical structures you want to analyze (e.g. amygdala, FFA, and V1)  on a diffusion data? What should I do with dtistudio? Or do I need to look for some other softwares?
