I recommend to do 2x interpolation (time-domain, not image-domain interpolation, also called zerofilling or zeropadding) at the data acquisition. Unfortunately, you have to do this in the scanner.

Dear all,
I am using DTIStudio to get the FA image. The primary images are ok. However, after calculating, the FA maps are always much blur with pretty low resolution. Does anyone know how to improve the resolution or any suggestion? Thanks a lot.
Best,
Jie
