Not by DitStudio. If you read the same image into RoiEditor and define
ROIs, there is "export pixel value" function, with which you can save and
read the pixel values by Excel.

You can directly read T1 to DtiStudio using DICOM, REC, Analyze, Nifti, and
raw, depending on the format of your T1.
