[Mristudio-users] how can i export the bet image to DTIstudio

Dear experts of DTIstudio:
       Recently i met with a problem. Due to the slice thickness was 4mm, that is to say that was too thick, so i used the FSL bet to get the pure image. Then i wanted  to export the image after bet to DTI mapping, however when  i exported it , the image was the same to pre-bet. How can i solve this proble and export the image that after beting?
      By the way, my data was acquired by GE, and i exported the data in Simen, GE., Philips DIC,
