Hi Malek,

I think it depends on how and when the subject moves. Maybe choosing
one b0 (T2w) in the middle of the scan is the most reasonable way, I
think.

If you have two repeated scans, subtracted images of the two sets
would give you a nice clue about the amount of the motion and efficacy
of the motion correction.
