Dear Users

 I am acquiring DTI (35 directions) with interleaved T2w (1 every 7
DWI).

  What is the best strategy to perform AIR in DTIStudio

 

            1) Register all the DW images to the averaged T2W

            2)  Register each set of DTI to the closer T2W

            3) Register all DTI + T2W to the 1st acquired T2W

 

Is there a quantitative technique to compare each of these methods
