[Mristudio-users] Question about importing fiber tracking findings from DTI Studio to MATLAB for group statistics

That should be feasible, although we don't have experiences in the
Step #3 with a MatLab code. We do Step #3 using our programs in
MriStudio family, DiffoeMap and RoiEditor. These programs can be
downloaded from www.mristudio.org and you can also find some tutorial
materials there.
