[Mristudio-users] How to pass the ROI data?

Are you trying to open the ROI from the "ROI" tab to do ROI-based
measurement or in the "Fiber" tab to do fiber tracking?

The communication between the DtiStudio and RoiEditor through the Binary Map
format is for fiber tracking. If so, you have to read the Binary Map file
inside the "Fiber" tab. I believe that the ROI tab deals only with the
DtiStudio format. If you want to do ROI-based measurement, you should read
images in to RoiEditor rather than read ROI to DtiStudio.
