[Mristudio-users] left-right orientation

Dear Experts,

 

I'm using different scanner formats (both GE I.   and GE dicoms) and save
analyze images for use in different programs.

 

Just to make sure: Does DTI Studio always save the Analyze or Nifti files in
radiologic convention?

One time I made a mask in MRIcro, which would not fit after eddy current
correction in DTI Studio, but the flipped version did.
