Dear users,
I am really new to mristudio (spm user so far) and can't register to the forum.
I would be really thankful if anyone could help me out.
My question is brief:
I want to coregister the tracts I got from there:
http://lbam.med.jhmi.edu/cmrm/Data_Yajing/fiberMenu.htm
= Probabilistic Fibers Atlas
with a standard template, e.g. the ICBM 2009c nonlin
(http://www.bic.mni.mcgill.ca/~vfonov/icbm/2009/mni_icbm152_nlin_sym_09c_nifti.zip)
I thought that the fibres should already be in that space as they are in the "eve" space and "eve" is in tge ICBM-152 space according to the Neuroimage Paper ("We used a single-subject white matter atlas in the ICBM-152 space, called the “Type II Eve Atlas”").
But when I display e.g. the corticospinal tract above the ICBM 2009 image it looks displaced:

Trying to coregister the two images with spm does not seem to work. Is there anything I can do?
Thank you so much for your help.
A second small question is what format the files on
http://lbam.med.jhmi.edu/cmrm/human_whiteMatter/template_whiteMatter.php
are in. They seem to be nifti as the extension is .img but there are no .hdr files available...
Thank you!
Yours, sincerely, Andreas Horn
