[Mristudio-users] Background noise level

Dear DTIstudio experts,

When I move my cursor over the DWIs, I found the intensity values of most
brain region are large. And background intensities range from 0-30. But a
few pixels have intensity range from 3-10. I am wondering if I still can set
the background noise level to 10, or even higher? Does the background noise
level should guarantee to keep whole brain or allow exclusion of a few
pixels within brain?
