[Mristudio-users] saving fibers - flipping?

Hi DTIStudio experts,

I am saving my fibers in Analyze format and trying to export them into  
FSL to do some stats in batch mode, but the resulting binary files  
seem to experience an unexpected anterior-posterior flipping. I was  
wondering if this is a known issue. Any advice to safely export fibers  
will be highly appreciated.
