E:\DTI\DTI37dic

 

I have Windows 7.

 

Diffeomap is under 

 

C:\Temp\DiffeoMap

Dear Xin,

dear Diffeomap experts,

 

i have a similar problem like Peggy this year- when i'm trying linear
normalisation of FA images, it says that "cannot find air file", although
the 4 required air-Files are in the Diffeomap folders. I tried it also with
an older version (Landmarker) and with several different images, and it had
the same problem.

 

Any help is appreciated
