[Mristudio-users] FA Maps

Hello,

 

I am having some difficulty getting my FA Maps to work properly.  How do you generate them?  When I try I get only black and white pixels (0 and 1 anisotropy) with the brain being black.  I am using Siemens Mosaic for .IMA files.  Thank you, take care,
