But  it seems like there are no the value of the Maximum length ,Minimum length after I push the "profile".How can I get the  Maximum length ,Minimum length of the in-plan fiber in a ROI?

After you get, for example, FA of the entire fiber using the "statistics" button, a button called "profile" is available within the same window. This will give you a number for each slice in all three directions.
