[Mristudio-users] measureing Volume of CST

Dear MRI studio Users,
 
I am wondering is there a way to measure quantitatively the volume of CST. If so can anyone please tell me how to do it  using DTI studio. In essence we are interested in seeing whether CST tract volume is reduced in our ALS patients when compared to controls.
